Note:

For those who do want to drive all the way to the Farm (drive will be 2 hrs), we have organise bus from Kotturpuram to the Farm & back to Kotturpuram. The bus will leave from AMM School at 2pm sharp. Hashers be at AMM School at 1.30pm onwards.(If u plan to take the bus). Please let us know how many of you like to take the bus ride?

Directions to Kottupuram AMM School

If you are coming from Kotturpuram bridge going towards Cancer & IIT, AMM is on the left side, if you are coming from Adyar, take a right turn at Cancer Hospital towards Kotturpuram AMM School is on the right side. Can park your cars opposite the school by lanes.

Drive down GST, pass Airport, Tambaram, Vandalur. Just after SRM College , Sivananda Orphanage , turn right & cross the road to the level crossing ( railway). Drive 3 kms, past Senthamil Nagar, VGM Nagar. Trun left at Kavanur to Siruvanjur. You will will see "Vox" sign board on every truning. Ask for Meena Thotam!!

The Chennai Hash, are celebrating their 9th Anniversary weekends outside Chennai, India and its on to Kuala Lumpur & Melaka, Malaysia, on 1st-4th October 09. We have got 43 registration so far form all over the world of HASHING!! How many of you know where the Hash was born? Well it's Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!! The committee has worked out a great package for Indian / Overseas participant & Malaysian participant (details attach on the Registration Form) We expect this to be a great do, so do spread the word and appreciate if you could forward this mail to your fellow hashers in your chapters or other Chapter known too you !! Dress Code: Men-collar t-shirt or shirt, causal trousers (NO JEANS) and closed shoes. Ladies- smart causal.

Limited: First 300 Hashers

2nd October 2009

09 hrs. Registration starts for those staying at Pearl International Hotel.

18 hrs: Joint Run with Royal Selangor Club Hash & registration starts at 14 hrs onwards.

Venue: Royal Selangor Club, Kiara Sports Annex, K L.

Limited: 700 hashers

19.30 hrs: Circle, Dinner & Party to the DJ.

3rd October 2009

17.30 hrs: Joint Run with Melaka Hash Council & registration starts at 15.30 hrs

Venue: Afamos, Melaka

19.30 hrs: Circle

20 hrs: Dinner & Dance with Hash Live Band on attendance at Afamosa Clubhouse Ball Room.

4th October 2009

16 hrs: Joint Run with KL Full Moon Hash-Pub Crawl & registration starts at 15.30 onwards.

Venue: Sunway Lagoon Club

19 hrs: Circle, Dinner & Dance to the DJ

Malaysian Hashers!!

We've received requests from Malaysian Hashers (outside K L & Meleka), that they want to do only specific runs and will find their own accommodation in KL & Melaka. Who are not members of the RSC Hash, KL Full Moon Hash or Melaka Hash Council. For those who don't want to do the whole event with us, we have attach a separate Registration Form or down load it from our website http://ch3online.com.

Those who still like to do the whole event & stay with the Overseas Hashers at Pearl International Hotel & Afamosa Resort, then please use the Registration Form meant for Indian /Overseas Participant.
