Whereabouts:

Drive down East Coast Road - Past sign for Uthandi & continue straight over several speed bumps, after a few hundred meters look for an Arch next to the bus stop on the Left side. This is Nainar Kuppam Arch, after 300 meters take the 1st left into Subraa Enclave, at Vidya School turn left. Aron & Lisa is coloured house all the way at the end of the road.

Swimming Pool: is available before & after run - bring your own towels & costume. Please make sure you bring a change of clothes befor you get into thje pool!!

Beer: Kingfisher- Pay as you take

Food: Its the sharing caring potluck scheme as always, do bring in your bits to pass around.

Chennai Hash has extended the Early Bird registration till June 14th, 2009, on request of some Fellow Hashers who would like to make it for our Anniversary in Kuala Lumpur & Malacca, Malaysia.

For Malaysian Hashers only!!

We've received requests from Malaysian Hashers (outside K L & Malacca), that they want to do only specific runs and will find their own accomadation in KL & Malacca. They are not members of the RSC Hash, KL Full Moon Hash or Malacca Hash. For those who don't want to do the whole event with us, we are getting a separate Registration Form made and you can down load it from our website http://ch3online.com soon!!

Thank you Chennai Hashers & Overseas Hashers for your registrations and payments. Those who have registered but not yet paid ... please make sure your payment of Rs.15, 250/- is made before June 14th, 2009,.

Please note below points:-

Early Bird Registration: USD305 (from Trichy) & USD300 (from other City/Country) for registrations received till 14th June 2009; after that it is USD355 & USD350 till 31st June 2009.
Those coming with families: can make the first payment before 14th June & the balance before 31 August,.in two or three installment according the size of your family
